There'll be bike blingng, bike obstacle courses , slow bike races, silly prizes and Dr Bike on hand with spanner to check your oil, air and brakes. Portsmouth Cycle Forum cycling elves will share one or two secrets to safer cycling. Learn how YOU can adopt a bike so you too can discover new freedom on 2 wheels. Beat petrol increases, traffic jams, parking fees, stay healthy and have fun.
