FitFans is a free weight management service for adults (16+) in the Portsmouth area.
Participants will be initially assessed on a one-to-one basis and then monitored over a 12-week period.
There will be weekly meetings, split into men's and women's groups; on topics surrounding nutrition and healthy eating, as well as a physcial activity component.
This service is currently available via GP referral. For more information please contact:
