Since March, Healthy Pompey has distributed over 2,300 home growing kits to households across the city.

Unfortunately we are not able to send out any more growing kits this season.  However, we will be contacting everyone who has already had either a herb, salad or veg kit to see how you have got on and whether you have been inspired to grow anything else at home.  All completed forms that are received by the closing date will be entered into a prize draw to win some gardening tools and seeds for next season.

Healthy Pompey's Tony Keen, who runs the community growing projects, has been holding gardening surgeries thorughout the summer to give Portsmouth's budding growers all the tips and advice they need for a successful first season.
