Don't forget - this weekend the Big Screen Portsmouth is hosting 2 days of activities to celebrate the 2 year countdown to the start of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Interactive Day at the Big Screen which takes place Friday from 12pm to 2pm will feature a lunchtime of interactive games and 2012 - The Big Screen Quiz.
Challenge Day at the Big Screen which takes place 24 July from 12pm to 3.30pm features an afternoon of challenges for members of the public to take part in including sports and dance. This includes:
• 12 to 12.30pm – The 20:12 Timed Challenges (part 1)
A series of fun challenges to complete within 20 minutes and 12 seconds. Includes dancing, sports and other timed challenges.

• 12.30 to 1.30pm - Demonstration of Health Qigong
Local residents have been learning movements over the past weeks – can they keep up with the Master? Also come and learn more about Health Qigong and the benefits of this

• 1.30 to 2pm – The 20:12 Timed Challenges (part 2)
• 2 to 3:30pm - Screening of the film Cool Runnings
Following the Jamaican national bobsled team making their debut at the 1988 Winter Olympics in Canada. Stars John Candy.
Other activities include:
• Sports challenges – we have a range of sports challenges for you to take part in including tennis, golf and rowing.

• The CCE Tell Us Bus - this vibrant and interactive bus aims to discover your opinions on culture.
• A Portrait of Portsmouth will feature 20 images on the Big Screen. How many images you can correctly identify?
• 2,012 Volunteering Challenge – help us to recruit 2,012 local residents to register with the Official London 2012 Volunteer Programme – will you be one of them?
