The new Portsmouth Health Trainers website has interactive information about the Health Trainers and the work they do. Health Trainers are local people who have been trained and know how to help you make a real difference to your health. They have knowledge and experience of living and working in your community and understand how difficult it can be to make healthy choices.

It includes several real stories about people who have worked with the Health Trainers and overcome their health problems.
